The HelpMaster enables you to quickly access pertinent Help Files. With HelpMaster, you are able to create your own links to Help documents, multimedia files, and any other file that helps you use the program, or that you want to associate with a particular module in the program. You can also associate Internet Hyperlinks in the HelpMaster. The HelpMaster is similar to the File Manager that is available in many of the BusinessMaster modules, but gives you the added ability to associate files and links with the whole module, rather than a particular customer, item, or job. This can be particularly helpful when you have created process documents and/or training recordings and/or sections of the online help manual that you want to be able to easily refer to. With the HelpMaster, you can link directly to these files or pages, wherever they are on your network, and anyone using BusinessMaster on your network can access these links.
