To access the reports listed here, click the Reports link from the Project/Jobs Main Menu, or click the Reports button from the Projects Column on the BusinessMaster Switchboard. (The Materials Reports are only accessed from the Print Button on the Materials screen).

Labor Estimate Scheduling
This report shows you each Labor Department with the Estimated Jobs and their Statuses on a Job to Job basis. The data based on the Estimates and statuses that have been entered in the Projects/Labor-Depts screen for Jobs, and the Actuals that have been collected so far, either through automatic Labor Collection, or manual Labor data entry in the Projects/Labor Actuals screen. This report can be filtered by Date Range, JobPhase Number, Department, Started Status (Yes or No), Complete Status (Yes or No), Production Started Status (Yes or No). The report lists the Department first, then breaks down the Department Job by Job. First is the Job Number and Date, then the Started and Completed statuses for the job. Then it reports the Total Labor Hours worked so far, the Estimated Hours Left, the percent of the Estimated Hours that have been worked, the Remaining Estimated Hours left, and the total Labor Cost for all Estimated Hours on that Job for the Department.

Labor Estimate Status <Top>
This report shows you the Labor Estimate Statuses by Job and Department, based on the Estimates and statuses that have been entered in the Projects/Labor-Depts screen for Jobs, and the Actuals that have been collected so far, either through automatic Labor Collection, or manual Labor data entry in the Projects/Labor Actuals screen. It shows all Jobs and the Estimated Departments and their percentages to completion. This report can be filtered by Date Range, JobPhase Number, Department, Started Status (Yes or No), Complete Status (Yes or No), and Production Started Status (Yes or No). The report lists the Job Phase Number first, then breaks down the Estimates per Department. For each Department estimate it reports the Quantity of Hours, the Function, the Notes, the Started and Completed statuses for the Job/Phase with the Date. Next it reports the Total Department Labor Hours worked so far, the Estimated Hours Left for the Department, the percentag of the Estimated Hours that have been completed and then the Total Labor Cost for the Estimated Hours in dollars.

Master Production Stage <Top>
This report shows you all Jobs sorted by Job Number and Start Production Date, including by default all 6 Stage/Date fields. This report can be filtered by Master Production Stage 1 (Yes or No), Master Production Stage 6 (Yes or No), Job Number, Sales Order Number, and/or Order Type. The report lists the Project Phases with their Production Stages, line by line. The date above the check box is the estimated date, the date below the check box is the date the completed status was checked.

Master Scheduler by Master Stage 1 Date <Top>
All Jobs Sorted by the 1st Stage Dates. This report can be further filtered by Date Range, Started Production Status (Yes or No), Completed Production Status (Yes or No), Job Number, Phase Number, and/or Order Type. It lists the Phases and their Production Stages wth their statuses and dates. The date above the check box is the estimated date, the date below the check box is the date the completed status was checked.

Master Scheduler by Master Stage 2 Date <Top>
All Jobs Sorted by 2nd Stage Dates. This report can be further filtered by Date Range, Started Production Status (Yes or No), Completed Production Status (Yes or No), Job Number, Phase Number, and/or Order Type. It lists the Phases and their Production Stages wth their statuses and dates. The date above the check box is the estimated date, the date below the check box is the date the completed status was checked.

Master Scheduler by Master Stage 6 Date <Top>

Project Labor Value <Top>
This report shows the value and cost you have achieved for each Department estimated per Date Range. This report can be filtered by Date Range, Department, Started Status (Yes or No), Completed Status (Yes or No), and/or Phase Number. It wil show you the Date by Day, and the Labor Department with the open Phase Numbers and their Estimate statuses and the costing info.

Projects History <Top>
This report is for Contact Follow Up basd on the entries against Jobs in the Projects/History screen. If there is no follow up date, it will report as 1/1/1980. This report can be further filtered in the Advanced Criteria by Job Number, Phase Number, and Company Name.

Projects Zero Cost <Top>
This report lists all Project Materials by JobNumber that have Zero Costs.

Projects Amount Detail <Top>
This reports on Open JobPhases for each Production Stage, starting with unscheduled Jobs. Each JobPhase in that Stage is listed with Pricing dollars displayed from the Pricing Categories. Each Production Stage is totalled for Dollars Per Week for each Pricing Category. This report can be further filtered by Order Type, Started Production Status (Yes or No), and Completed Production Status (Yes or No).

Project StockBill Report <Top>
This report is generated when you click the Print Button from the Projects StockBill screen. This is a good work instruction worksheet to be given to the floor for production.

Project Materials Reports
<Top>
These 5 reports focus on Materials Inventory and are generated when you click the Print Button on the Materials Screen in the Projects Manager:

Project Materials Projected Inventory Report
This report shows you the Projected Inventory for the materials listed:

Project Materials Stock Items Report
Reports on the stock items from the current list. These are things you would generally report through MRP for purchasing, but it's nice to be able to see them seperated out:

Project Materials Non-Stock Items Report
Reports on the non-stock items from the current list. This is the list of things from the list you don't keep in stock. These are things that need to be purchased and require longer lead time, etc:

Project Materials Requirements Report
This is a report that would generall be printed out and stapled to the job and sent to the floor so as things are pulled from inventory, the person doing the pulling will put their initials, the date, and how much they actually used of the material. This report can then be brought back at the end of the job, and the quantity in the Materials screen can be updated to reflect the actual usage on the job instead of the theoretical usage. This is how inventory and job costing are kept accurate:

Project Costs Report
This reports on the Project Materials Costs:

Project Materials Analysis
Pressing the Estimates versus Actuals button on the Projects History screen generates the BusinessMaster Project Materials Analysis report. When your materials have been debited and are present on this screen, this report will show you the estimated materials costs and quantities versus the actual materials costs and quantities per item and totals for the JobPhase.

Pricing Worksheet Reports <Top>
The following reports are available from the Pricing Worksheet. To view them in BusinessMaster, click the buttons located at the bottom of the Pricing Worksheet.

Preview Report Detail Button
Generates a Detailed report showing you the JobPhases that are in the different Production Stages, starting with Unscheduled Jobs, and then showing the Pricing Breakdowns:

Generates a Summary report showing you the Production Stages, starting with Unscheduled Jobs with their the Pricing Breakdowns:

Note
: Whenever you run a report, if you get an error, check the criteria for that report. Locate the criteria that is always listed at the top of the report you are looking at. Then go back and make sure there are entries in the data for all that criteria. Here is an example of the Listed Criteria for a Report (The criteria's here are JobPhase, Dept, Started, Complete, and Production Started):
