We recognize that the best software in the world is useless without proper training, implementation, and consulting services. We have talked with hundreds of business owners that have bought software that has ended up sitting on shevles or in computers never being used, with no positive return on their investment.
This is unacceptable to us, and our answer to this industry wide mark is to provide you with all the resources you will need to implement our software sucessfully. You then make the quality choice to take advantage of these resources or not.
We refuse to mislead our customers and partners with claims that software capable of running and improving your operations on this scale is similar to implementing a video game, or a $400 accounting package.
To have a confident expectation of results a company must commit reasonable resources and effort. However, that commitment need not be overwhelming or saturating. chaotic or unreasonable. Installing software of this magnitude and leaving the user with a simple manual, and a tech support phone number is not an acceptable answer to us.
