Support Tools

There are several tools available to help you implement, train, and support BusinessMaster until your goals have been reached, and you see an appropriate return on your investment.

All our training is done remotely, via the internet. We belive this ensures the highest effeciency and most cost effective implementation possible. Additionally, we use 1-2 hour training sessions at maximum 1 to 2 times a week. This will ensure optimum rentention, and use of your employees time (we realize you have a company to run!). Each training session will build upon the previous ones, and leave the users with clear golas and needs before further training can continue.

Master Solutions uses additional tools and services as an option to fit your style and needs:

  • Functional consulting
    • Master Solutions, along with our partners and associates will help bring clarity and definition to your business processes, and suggest compatible techniques and scenarios to get the most from BusinessMaster.
    • For some clients this is a one time thing. For others it is part of an organic process as more and more of the program is brough online.
       
  • Implementation
    • Data Import: We can take exisiting data from other programs and help you evaluate it, update it, and import it directly into BusinessMaster so your valuable time is spent learning the program, not enetering data.
       
  • Online manual
    • Our online manual is being constantly updated, and is available for download locally.
    • You can also download the manual in an editable format, allowing you to have a custom manual built just for your organization.
       
  • Video recordings and files
    • Each training session is recorded and provided to the customer in the form of an audio/video file (AVI) allowing for review and archiving of training sessions.
    • These files along with other documents created during training sessions can be associated within the program to specific forms allowing users to build context sensitive, custom support resources.
       
  • Custom reporting and ad-hoc programming
    • We can provide additional programming and report generation via our Custom Report Module, or other tools such as Microsoft Access, Excel, Crystal Reports, and other ODBC compliant tools.
    • Sometimes there are data processing needs that simply require some customizing. We NEVER customize BusinessMaster due to the extreme expense of future upgrades to the customer. However we do create custom databases that link to BusinessMaster, and provide additional functionality.
